Slack!

Now the contract has been signed and you’re in my schedule, we’ll stop using email to have our conversations. We’ll start using an amazing tool called Slack. 

Of course you already know about this because we went over it during the kick-off call but just incase you forget..

Slack is a secure communication platform where we have conversations, share files, reminders, to-do’s and even send voice notes and have video calls (although we’ll still use zoom / google meet for our main meetings)

Conversations get lost when I’m managing projects through email.  Slack allows us to have everything in one place. You receive top priority and quicker responses. It’s the simplest way to to make sure our project goes as smoothly as possible!

Boundaries

As my partner, I’ll always make time for you and I’m very flexible with my communication hours. Slack isn’t just for our project, but for everything! Send me your favourite memes or let’s discuss your holiday plans. That being said I’m not a bot. I also make time for myself, my family and to recalibrate away from all the technology!

I only work with two clients at once to ensure speedy communication and my best work. 

Communication hours:
Slack – flexible (allow 24 hour response time)
Video Calls – Preferably evenings (GMT) but I’m happy to work around your time wherever possible

Meeting Days:
 As we progress through each stage of the project, we’ll book meeting calls via Google Meet or Zoom. Once a week at minimum. 

The process..

The entire process has been structured with complete transparency to be completed within 6-8 weeks. However this may vary depending on the size of the project and how efficiently you respond to feedback. 

Stage One - Kick Off Call

Stage Two - Preparation

  • Deeper research - Audience
  • Prepare design setup (if required)
  • Create Funnel Diagram (if you don't have one)
  • Discuss Lead Magnet (s)
  • Discuss newsletter + building a community
  • Book stage 3 call

Stage Three - Offer

In this stage we’ll discuss your offer in great depth and package it into an offer your audience can’t refuse. 

  • Discuss Onliness Statement
  • Discuss USP
  • Value Equation
  • Package your offer!
  • Book stage four call

Stage Four - Formulate

  • Feedback on copy
  • Discuss and start design work (if required)
  • Feedback on design
  • Simulate Funnel
  • Optimise funnel where necessary
  • Book stage five call

Stage Five - Final countdown

In this stage we’ll go through everything with a fine-tooth comb. Finalise everything.

Stage Six - traffic!

It’s time to drive traffic to your offer and watch your revenue grow!

A valuable extra I offer all my partners is to analyse the data and A/B test different parts of your funnel to increase performance

This is on a 3 month fixed contract (recurring / pending review)

Feedback and Guidelines

At different stages throughout the project, you will be asked to provide feedback on research, copy, design etc. Providing feedback can be hard, but it’s important to make it constructive to ensure the project can move forward smoothly. Also important you provide it in a timely manner so we can continue with the project.

I really appreciate simple and straightforward feedback. It helps me clearly understand your thoughts and make the right decisions for your business 

TIPS ON PROVIDING FEEDBACK AND HOMEWORK:

  • Try and use bullet points to break up your feedback.
  • Use headers to organise
  • Read over everything to make sure it’s clear and check that you’ve answered any questions I may have asked
  • Write for a 10 year old but not like a 10 year old – No big buzzwords or long confusing sentences
  • If you have team members that would like to provide valuable input, I kindly ask that you gather everything into one message. This stops everyone from getting confused and keeps the project organised.

KEEP YOUR IDEAL AVATAR IN MIND

This project is of course very close to your heart but it’s important to always keep your target audience at top of mind and not get caught up in personal preferences. Therefore, instead of sharing what you like/dislike personally, try to view it from your ideals avatars eyes and think about how would they react. Remember, at the end of the day, your coaching and courses are all about helping them!

My process is very intentional and I always ensure that each element is built with purpose. So while I will do my best to walk you through my thought-process, don’t hesitate to ask questions if you’re unsure about something.
